Karma Airguns SLS .22 Caliber Standard - Pre-Charged Pneumatic Airgun Review

At long last I can share with you the details specs and my thoughts on the all new Karma Airguns SLS (which stands for Side-Lever-Semi) PCP (Pre-Charged Pneumatic) Air Rifle.

I started my journey with the SLS over a year ago when I had a brief opportunity to test the pre-production samples of the SLS ahead of their approval for production. Some people may find this awesome, as some of what I can share now is a long time in the works. I know this rifle very well. Inside and out.

Some may see it as a conflict. If you are conspiratorially minded, I'd go see Airgun Alley's review, or Airgun Angie's review. I doubt mine will have the credibility you crave.

For everyone else, the Wisconsin AirGunner's Channel is mine, and I'm free to publish what I want. For any of you new to the channel, I took a job with DonnyFL some time back, and moved, lock, stock and smoking barrel, to Florida. Donny of DonnyFL is part of the ownership of Karma Airguns. I am in charge of sales for Karma in my day-job. No secrets. Like every review on this channel, the video you see is my opinion, informed by my experience with the airgun being reviewed. The groups, trigger weight and chronograph info are all, well, what they are. One take. Nothing cherry picked.

In this video we will shoot a pair of chrono strings (one in SL and one in SA) and shoot some groups (two in SL and two in SA) and cover trigger pull weight, how to load the magazine and a general overview of features. Then I have some 30-60 yard scopecam (see notes below) of a hunt for some invasive iguanas in Southern Florida and a candy cane shoot at 75 yards.

The scopecam in this video is courtesy of an Orioncam FireFly X set up by Hajimoto Productions. It's only about 90% set-up, so the clarity isn't perfect, but this system is worth a look if you are in the market for a quality, affordable scopecam set-up.

I'm running the very clear Element Optics Helix 2-16 with an MRAD clean reticle. One of my favorite scopes.

A note to YouTube. This video features an airgun. There are no firearms shown in this video. The shooting displayed is from a private, indoor range, a private outdoor range and a trio of controlled environments where invasive iguanas were removed at landowner request.

I hope you enjoy the video, and that it leaves you a more informed air-gunner when you are done.
