The Gamo Swarm Magnum 10X GEN2 in .22 CAL complete airgun review takes a look at the newest edition to Gamo's Swarm lineup, the Magnum Gen 2. The new Gen 2 Swarm has some pretty noteworthy features, starting with the fact that it lays flat so we can keep the open sights. THAT IS AWESOME! The magazine also has a catch that keeps it from advancing to the next round until the rifle is fired, this prevents you from double feeding (or triple) pellets. The GEN2 Magnum Swarm is also powerful. I was getting the Gamo Rocket Pellets up to about 890FPS in my testing and I am up at 4700ft elevation so my numbers are always a little less than the folks at lower elevations. In the accuracy test the Gamo Magnum delivered a great group at 30 yards, especially for a brand new rifle that has not been broken in.
